Update node URL
- Can now change URLs for nodes without disk migration
- `updateNodes` JSON object property for updating the URL of nodes
Trusted IDs
- Added TrustedIDs for apps
- TrustedIDs are added/removed by admin ID
- TrustedIDs have permission to edit the tag field
