India bans 118 Chinese apps including PUBG

A big digital strike on China by the centre, a list of 118 Chinese apps have been banned in the country. On 3 September, 2020 The ministry of electronics and IT issued orders to ban 118 more Chinese apps. The PUBG game has been banned alongside apps like CamCard, Baidu, Cut Cut, VooV, Tencent Weiyun, Rise of Kingdoms, Zakzak and many more. It was reported last month that the government has prepared a list of 245 more Chinese apps which could be banned on concerns of data security.  + + +Earlier, India banned 59 Chinese apps, including TikTok, CamScanner and many more.
