8edcee02a8 Updating the documentation for POST of sendtx 
The POST sendtx has a trailing '/' character at the end. Without it, blockbook returns aways "missing inputs". With that PR I'm adding the information.

c0c2dc4151 You have to link against libdl on Linux 
Otherwise there will be linking error because rocksdb is importing ```dlclose```, ```dlopen``` and other functions from libdl.so.
