Automatically reload user page upon incorrect server
...
- Upon receiving responseError INCORRECT_SERVER_ERROR, reload the client page.
(Triggered mainly when master is changed).
- Fixed some minor syntax bugs

- moved KBucket.js to public (as its need by client page too).
