tokenroom# sellers: Deposit your tokenroom# in the smart contract and wait upto 60 days for a buyer.
tokenroom# buyers: You must get USD# tokens first and Participate in smart contract to get tokenroom# immediately if smart contract has tokenroom# deposited in it.
Unused USD# gets refunded after 1 block in FLO blockchain.
