[MPOS] pass share difficulty to MySQL ++ ( #602 )
...
Additionally to the changes on master we are removing the MPOS difficulty multiplier here. MPOS has been updated (currently development branch) to handle low difficulties nicely.

Changed all references to localhost to 127.0.0.1 for better system compatibility. Implemented thread-wide IP banning via IPC. Added redis config for portal-wide related db interactions (stats and proxy)
