85b36e027f fix a bug with hw devices. 
if a device is unplugged and then replugged before we notice (via scan_devices) then it will get into an unusable state, throwing all kinds of low level exceptions when we don't expect it. affects ledger, keepkey, dbb, but for some reason not trezor.

fc9cb0ca1c daemon status shows current wallet path 
All the jsonrpc calls against electrum daemon is affected by the
implicit parameter of wallet in the cmd_runner.  AFAIK, there is no way
to check the value of this wallet.  This can be trouble some if multiple
wallets are loaded, or load_wallet command is executed several times.

This patch makes it viewable on the `daemon status`.

In python3, the `.keys()` function returns an iterator, not a list,
so to get a list that can be iterated over, use `list()` instead to
avoid modification of a list while in use.

a3f2845650 Handle empty outgoing transactions for plot 
Previously dialog with error:

    need more than 0 values to unpack

was displayed and not a plot.

After this change plot is displayed without any dialog without graph of
outgoing transactions and without legend for outgoing transactions.

5e589133c9 Update commands: output str(Decimals), not floats 
The commands `listunspent` and `history` were using float.
Patched to consistently return strings of Decimal objects.
