fetch_retry(apicall, rm_node)

This function makes a fetch API call to the specified endpoint (apicall) and retries the request if it fails. It removes a specific server node (rm_node) from the list of servers before making the request. It returns a promise that resolves with the response data if the request is successful and rejects with an error if the request fails.
