* Allows Admins to change the SQL Interval used in queries
* Default: 300 seconds / 5 minutes
* Allowed: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes
* Tooltop in admin panel explains this setting
* Added data interval to API call for dashboard
* Added additional output to gauges footer
